I am currently not taking insurance. This will offer complete confidentiality and no hassles with insurance. This allows for less paperwork on both our parts. It is my job to get to know you and find out your history and concerns in the first few sessions. Therefore, I do not require a lot of paperwork to get us started. You are your best resource on you. So we will talk and discuss. I require from you signatures on my Policies and Practices, including Telehealth consent, Notice of HIPPA compliance, and up to date credit card information. Talk therapy
These online sessions are designed for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Initially we meet weekly until we have gotten to know one another and have figured out a treatment plan. We can then modify accordingly. My sessions are all conducted on a HIPPA compliant website.
